There are many macaron recipes out there of all kinds of flavours. You can let your imagination run wild. You could replace chocolate powder to liqourice powder, ground pistachio, mandarin syrup etc etc. Same goes with the filling , the choices are endless like lemon curd, strawberry jam, foie gras etc. I could write a book about it if I collected all the recipes out there, don't you think?
