Peanut Cookies for Chinese New Year

Just in time! Bake these peanut cookies for the first time just in time for Chinese New Year this weekend.

Thanks DH Friesland for the recipe.

I made this ceramic bowl just in time for mandarin oranges. Mandarin oranges symbolize gold.
Like to wish everybody a Happy Chinese New Year and "Kam Ngan Moon Ook" meaning House full of gold and money.

Will find out how to write this greeting in Chinese soon.

Gong Xi Fa Cai!
